One company.
Every kilowatt-hour.

ASKA designs, deploys and operates commercial battery storage across New Zealand. We model every trading period and run the asset for the life of the system.

How we work
Tungsten · the business case

Payback you can take apart.

Tungsten models every trading period against your tariff and the spot market, then stacks each value stream into a single number — and shows exactly where every dollar came from. From annual value to payback, NPV and IRR.

  • Energy arbitrage$64kCharge off-peak & spot lows, discharge into peaks

Showing the working

Every decision the asset makes has a reason.

In commercial BESS, the savings number in the proposal and the savings number on the monthly report often come from different tools, sometimes different companies. ASKA uses one engine for both. Ask us where any figure came from — we can show you.

i. One engine, sale through operation. The numbers in your proposal and on your monthly report come from the same code.
ii. Every dispatch, logged. Charge, discharge, hold — stamped with the time, the reason, the tariff band and the price.
iii. Tariffs with effective dates. When a tariff changes, we know on which day.

Practice

ASKA designs, builds and operates commercial battery storage for sites across New Zealand. We model the load, choose the hardware, deliver the install, and stay on the asset for the life of the system. One company, one accountability, one set of numbers.

If your site spends more than $100,000 a year on power, let's talk.

One conversation. We model your load against your tariff and tell you honestly whether a battery pays back.
